WOW!!!!!!!!!!! After enjoying what seemed to be a very good dinner, we were surprised when a woman came out from the back and accused us of downloading their menu. While eating, we being business owners in the service industry, were working off of our laptop. We had the menus in our hands waiting for our server to come back and take our dessert order. After our order was taken, is when she came up and very rudely said "we don't want to be written up on the computer. I tired to explain that we were waiting to order dessert, and she walked away. I went to the counter and asked the gentleman who she was, and explained what had transpired. He said that she was his wife, and would find out why she did what she did. I said never mind , cancel the dessert, and that we were ready to leave. Mind you our server was awesome, and I kept complimenting the food. My husband was told about this resturant, AND AFTER TRYING THEIR PRIME RIB, SURPRISED ME AND TOOK ME THERE. NOW AFTER THREE TIMES GOING THERE, WE WON'T BE BACK. THE OWNER SAID THEY THAT MEAN THINGS SAID ABOUT BEFORE ON THE COMPUTER.----------WELL HERE YOU GO, ANOTHER ONE. WAS THE FIRST ONE A COMPLAINT ABOUT YOUR WIFE? IF SO, TO KEEP UP, THE GOOD SERVE AND MEALS, FIRE HER.

My wife and I took four friends out to a different restaurant. This place is quaint. Starting with the log cabin building and furniture to match. The most impressive was the size of the prime rib cut ($7.99)and the availability of imported Kilians Irish Red. The meal was beautiful and the service matched it. A real pleasure and one that we shall repeat many times ib the future.

Tasty food: We ate at Crockett's Country Inn on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't at all busy, so I don't know how it fares during busy times.

However, our meals were very good. Two of us had the lake perch ($12) and one had a buffalo burger ($11). Our 11 year-old had a hot dog.

The adults loved the food. It was really tasty and just the right quantity.

We will be back.
