Brendan the owner of Elements is a rip-off thief.
He bought $350 of stones from me and has yet to pay.
Its been 9 months and promise after promise. He is a thief with his suppliers and will in all likelihood behave the same with his customers. If I were closer I would stop by in person, but I am in Colorado. Bottom line is - Brendan is not honest.

The Good: Elements can design any kind of jewelry you might want. They designed a beautiful wedding ring for my wife and she loves it.

The Bad: Elements did two rings for us, my wedding ring and my wife's. Both rings took much longer than we were originally told. Some phone calls were not returned. Couple times we were told to come in to see the latest design or come in for a fitting but where we arrived at the store we were told it wasn't ready and would have to come back. I told Elements comfort was top priority for my wedding band but I ended up with a ring that could have been designed with more comfort in mind. I unfortunately had to recently replace the wedding band Elements did for me due to the ring getting left in a hotel room (still upset about that!) so I bought a similar but less expensive replacement ring online and it is much more comfortable than the more expensive ring I paid for at Elements. I agree with the previous reviewer....Elements needs better business management. They seemed a bit disorganized at times ...ie lost voice messages and/or messages not being passed on to Brendan.

A friend recommended Brendan at Elements for custom engagement ring designs. When I first walked into the store, I was very impressed with the jewelry on display. It's one of the few stores I've been in that have tastefully sized diamonds -- not the gaudy overpriced stuff you see at Tiffany. Very modest and classy.

However, I found Brendan to be a pretty flaky business person! He came up with some great designs for my ring BUT he did dodge my calls and emails for a good 2 week period citing personal life issues. That's fine, but don't let your business go down the toilet because of it - hire a secretary! Do something, don't ignore me! I'm dropping several thousand dollars with you, dude!
