Wonderful Service & Staff, Great Food: Every time I've gone here, I've been greeted with a smile and a "hello" and always had my order done exactly as requested. Only once in 10yrs of buying from them have I ever had something go wrong, and the girl was very polite, apologized immediately, and offered to remake my order.
This in itself I would still consider great service - it was a minor mistake and she offered to correct it right away. Everything would have been fine, but a manager had to get herself involved and make it a bigger problem than it really was, and then had the nerve to try and make me feel guilty for "complaining" against "old staff" when I had specifically told the manager that I didnt have a problem with the staff, and I didnt want her in trouble for the mistake. I still say the cashier did a wonderful job and tried her best to fix the problem. I hope the owner has a serious talk with the manager, and commends the cashier for doing her best in this situation.
Like I said, only 1 mistake in 10yrs or more of going here, so I think thats a pretty good record, and I still plan to keep going for another 10yrs (or more!)
