User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI am very upset with this hospital. I went in for chest pain, my pain was a level 10 I was in tears. The doctor did not give me any medicine for pain, the nurse had blood all on the floor, the other nurses came around and tease him and wanted to see the bloodbath. When i walked in I was in pain when I walked out I was still in pain. The doctor did not care about me at all whats the point in having good insurance when the doctor dont even care. As I was leaving the doctor had my medicine and chart mixed with another persons. Do NOT GO To That Hospital. Go TO Beaumont it is a lot better.

My wife just had surgery and spent two days recovering at Providence Hospital. We were both a bit leery as to what we would find and experience however it was better than we could have imagined. My wife received excellent care from the doctors on down through the food service people. We as family members were treated with respect and were kept informed through all the procedures. Friends who visited her also commented on how nice the facilities were and that they were impressed with the overall makeup.
We would definitely return if, God forbid, either one of us ever needs a hospital stay again. I would highly recommend Providence. -

The doctors are great but the receptionist and nurses are like bitter kackling women who gossip more than they tend to patients.Has to be one of the worst hospitals in michigan..Im from bloomfield hills
and I guess people skill is not in providence hosptial training course.Beware
