User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAwful Experience: Cut throat sales! Truly poor integrity! Went and looked at a used vehicle on Friday morning July 2006. Really liked what I saw. Even test drove it with my 11 year old along. Car was in great shape. Told salesguy was definitely interested in purchasing. Went to his office and even went over the paperwork on when the warranty expired to see if there was a year left or if I needed an extended warranty. Asked me when I would be able to take delivery and I responded "cash sale, immediate delivery." I told him my wife would be home late afternoon and we'd be back to get rolling on the paperwork. Salesman said "great" and shook my hand. On my way home, my child said Sale Price in car window showed $20,000. I knew the Internet Price advertised showed $19,000 so I double checked then called when I got home. Per the salesguy, manager agreed to sell it for $19,000 as listed on website. Wife comes home at 4PM, we are two minutes from walking out door and the salesguy calls me, "Sorry the vehicle was just sold. It happens all the time." Later, a friend said I should have put $100 down to hold the car. I didn't think about it and figured the hand shake and good old fashioned integrity would have been enough. Salesguy never asked or suggested I put a deposit down either. So you do the math. What do you think the car sold for? Maybe I should visit some Ford dealers this weekend. True story. 11 year old witness and we'd both agree to lie detector tests.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsleasing a car: i wanted to lease a new 4 door car. i have a recent addition to my family and the 2 door car is just to hard with a car seat. well i went and seen jack long and he set me up with a 2005 colbalt. it was with in my price range and with not the greatest credit. he was a great guy and this is a wonderful dealership. i would greatly recomed this dealership anytime.
