User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIt's not so much the doctor that is the problem here, It's how RUDE,IMMATURE and unprofessional most of his office staff is. I went to Dr. Pinnock when I was 10 and he did my surgery I remember waiting for long time then but it has gotten insane there now. I went back there last fall because of a serious problem I was having and that staff is the WORST I have ever seen. and NO im sorry most Dr. DO NOT double book that is just wrong and there is no excuse for it. He may be a good Dr. but he IS NOT GOD!! get over it and find another Dr. that has a better staff to help you and you'll be much better off, stay away from this office unless you have no life and nothing better to do with your time other than wait for this Dr.

People crack me up when it comes to dr. offices ...unless you have worked for one you can never really get it. First of all some dr do book double or triple but for the most part the ones i have worked for don't ...things just happen after all you are in a dr. office emergencys come up and some apptointments run over. Ask yourself if your in a room asking a question would you like a dr. to rudely interrupt you and say well the half hour appt. is up i gotta move on or how about your surgery would you like him to stop in the middle and say oh man its been an hour i gotta go so i can be on schedule i know i wouldn't. Yes there is sometimes a wait in the office when i go but you know what good things come to those who wait that is why we are called patients cause we are going to need patience. My experiences with this office have been great and i have been seeing him for about 10 years if not more and will continue to see and recommend him. Life is too short people to complain about something as simple as a little wait to take care of your health. This is my opinion you don't have to like it but there it is! Have a good day all!

Dr. Pinnock is THE specialist of which people come from far away, even out of state, to seek his expertise. Ask anyone who has had their life saved by him. Runny noses should go to your family doctor, when you have a real problem call Pinnock.

Realy????? Because I had a very serious problem and had to wait, wait, wait and wait and then you cant even understand him and he is rough and his staff is RUDE! the office is old and dirty so no I think you have your facts wrong. He is a Dr. not GOD and there are plenty of better Dr. in his field. THANK GOD for the wonderfull team at the Michigan Ear institute for taking very good care of me and my serious problem.
