My job is to inform and protect you when deciding if the home you have chosen is in a condition you are comfortable with. I offer personal advice to help you make that decision. My job is NOT to be a rubber stamp nor to make sure that a home purchase goes through. I encourage most strongly that my clients be present at the inspection, so that you will gain the most from the inspection. When you leave the inspection, you will have a 21 page written report all filled out. I encourage you to follow closely with me during the inspection. The closer you follow, the more you will gain from the inspection.
