lifetime fitness: Lifetime gym is the best gym that I have ever been to! it is so clean, they have a spa and restaurant in the same building. It is like a vacation every time I go to work out. The pool is great temp and clean, it is open 24 hours and they have free rock climbing on certain days. well worth the money.

The Best Gym: In my life I have been a member of 6 different gyms and Lifetime is the cleanest and most well taken care of one. They offer every piece of equipment I look for too.

Lifetime Fitness: This is, hands down, the best gym I've ever had membership to. They supply clean towels for your workout and to wash with afterwards. The showers are well maintained and provide privacy with a curtain. There's also a family locker room where families with small children can change and shower before and after a workout.

LTF provides a nice child center for small children to play while their parents get in their workouts.

There are many classes offered and the club has a salon for women, steam room, two hot tubs, two indoor swimming pools, one for laps and the other for anything else, and it's heated! They have an out door pool for the warmer months, as well.

They have Basketball courts, rock climbing walls and hand/racketball courts.

The only downside that I have with them is that they do not provide heavy bags.

They also have law enforcement on the premises to keep things in order because, inevitably, fools can get gym memberships, too.
