Manager and staff are the rudest stuck up people i have ever met! Food is not that great and service is very slow. After seeing a rat they still refused to give me a refund on the food i didnt touch.

I've been going to Firenze since it opened quite some time ago. They have wonderful senior specials and the service is just amazing. A true family restaurant!! Even a dapper young man who i presume to be the owner's son was taking money and working providing great service and atmosphere. A must-try if ever in the area!!

I have frequented this restaurant quite a few times. The food is not bad but the service is a bit slow at times. In March of 2009, I tried to reserve for a rehersal dinner of about 25 people for my daughter's wedding. The date was to be a Friday evening in July. Since the rehersal is to be at 5:00, I needed to have the reservation around 6 or 6:30. I was told that we couldn't reserve until 7:00 because of their Friday night dinner crowd. In this economy, I would think they could not be sure if there will be any crowd! I know they just lost 25 people in the area that might have been customers. They may be sorry for turning away customers.
