i moved to ann arbor 3 years ago. I experienced my first zingerman's food at the deli and loved it. Then my boyfriend took me to the roadhouse and I totally fell in love with all of it the friendly staff the sweet potato fries are amazing. My favorite is the chicken fried steak. A little pricey compared to apple bees but what do you expect you are not buying food from a frozen food service. Totally worth it for what your getting. You are not just buying the food you are supporting a business that believes in higher standards in food from the producers/growers to the better standards of employee treatment. Its a local business that supports a community

The food here is amazing, even though the portions are a little small. I am glad I am not in Ann Arbor too much or I would probably gain 100 pounds on their macaroni and cheese alone. Their stuff is expensive, but at least for some of it, the food is worth it. Also the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
