Wish I would have called this company before. My past experiences with repair companies were horrible. Master Tech was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. I would reccommend them to all my friends and family.
I was dreading having to get service on my washing machine, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Master Tech. The woman that answered the phone was pleasant & professional. When I asked what the cost for the repair was, I was transferred to the parts department that gave me a couple options depending on what needed to be replaced. I only had to wait 2 days to have a technician out. I was able to call in the morning for my time frame and the technican showed up during the slotted time. They even called me at work so I could meet him at my house. He was able to fix the appliance in one trip and it was one of the things the parts guy suggested it could be. If something should break, I will call Master Tech back.
Very rude and unprofessional phone conversation. I called to find out if a part is available for my refridgerator. I called the number listed on the website for parts, but still had to be transferred to the Parts Department. The person answering the phone did not even let me tell them the part number before saying "Nope we don't have it. It will have to be ordered". I then had another question, but before I could ask it, they hung up! Definitely, need to get some good customer service skills when dealing with customers on the phone. I won't be back!
