User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsVisited for the first time tonight; food quality was good, but service was spotty--got the wrong appetizer at first, replacement arrived after main course, had to ask for water, etc.--and the atmosphere is "minimalist industrial," with a large fabric "wall" of modern design the main backdrop for plain wood-and-metal chairs and tables, exposed pipes on the ceiling, etc. The tempura, teriyaki, and miso soup tasted very authentic, and we were given chopsticks right away, but the "green tea" I ordered tasted like genmaicha (barley tea).

Believe me when I say this, "Saica, is Raw". The service is, and believe me when I say this, "Servicable". The Atmosphere is, you'll wanna believe me when I say this, "Atmospheric". And the bill, your not going to believe me when I say this, "Bill paid for it". Go now!
