| About: | It feels like you're in the 50s when you step into Michigan Theatre. The old world charm is evident and retained despite the renovations. The 1700-seater shows mainstream, classic and independent movies, along with performances and other stage events. The beauty of the theatre is overwhelming and is a nice place to even catch a movie by yourself. Sometimes a pianist plays tunes before the start of a show. Finding a restroom can be a task but you are quickly pacified with the result. Limited metered parking is available. |

Russ, when you're manager of the place, of course you get the same seat. Nice joke, compadre.
very polite and professional staff. I always get the same seat no matter what. If someone is siting there I call one of the staff members and he moves them to another seat. All for only $20. That's a bargain.
