User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI avoided going to this dealership at first because of the bad reviews given here and the low-budget look of the main building that I had driven by on occasion. But after backing out of purchasing a vehicle from another nearby Dodge dealership, a co-worker urged me to give Brighton Chrysler Dodge Jeep a try. She had many glowing remarks about her and her friends experiences with this dealership so I called them and decided to stop by. I was impressed by the lack of high-pressure sales tactics and a genuine concern to find the right car for me, even if it was not the car I initially picked out. I re-checked the reviews here and noticed that there were only a few bad reviews from back in 2006. In the end, I bought my car from Brighton Chrysler Dodge Jeep and saved thousands on the vehicle without giving up anything that I really miss.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsFind another Dodge dealer: This Dodge dealership's service team is bad. Find another Dodge dealer to service your warranty vehicle, and if you decide to go to them and have any problems find another dealer to use.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWaste of my time: Bought a 300C here when they first came out, so I continued to come here for service. The service department is a joke. They were very condescending and rude. I had an issue with a rattle and finally on the third time they found the source. Then they said that I should have known what the problem was. Nevermind that it took them (the 'professionals') 3 tries to find it. Every thing I went in for after that they told me it was a glitch because it was a new model. I am not a car mechanic but I am not an idiot either...wheel alignment is not a new model glitch. Finally I sent my husband in and they told him 'tell your wife to stop wasting our time.' So I did...I now go to another dealership that treats me wonderfully and has fixed everything. I don't know how this service department got their 5 star rating. What a joke.
