I CAN NEVER SEEM TO GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE, I ORDERED PARTS AND THEY FORGOT ABOUT ME, IT WAS 3 WEEKS TO GET A FOG LAMP!!

The prices are reasonable but after purchasing a care we seem to always have trouble with service. This is my 2nd car with them and consistently I find service frustrating. No one seems to answer the phone or respond in the service area.
Novi is a lot better and we end up going to them.
