User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAwesome! I purchased a car from Ryan in Volkswagen and I have never had a better car buying experience in my life! He was very personable and knew the product very well. He went over my new Tiguan and explained every button, knob and switch before I drove away. Very helpful non- "sleezeball" approach. Would reccomend to anyone!

I was hearing a thumping noise from the front of my car, especially in corners that really concerned me. Although I couldn't get an appointment for service immediately the service manager drove my car to listen to the problem, diagnosed it and sent me on my way. In all the service manage spent about an hour looking at my car fixed the issue and sent me on my way. Definitely a positive experience.

I find it interesting that a few of people who say they had a horrible experience with Howard Cooper say that they then went back for service after purchasing their car elsewhere. I lease from Howard Cooper and have my car serviced there as well and I have always had EXCELLENT service there. First off, I got an excellent deal on a Honda Civic and when my lease is up in September I plan to buy with Howard Cooper if I get the best deal there. On top of that both the leasing people and the service people treat me with respect, aren't at all pushy and I don't get any of the sleaze factor that you can find in car dealerships. Don't believe any of these reviews (including mine), positive or negative. Just go to Howard Cooper and see for yourself. If they treat you poorly, don't buy a car there (and don't go back for servicing after you buy a car elsewhere). And if they treat you well and give you a good deal then go with Howard Cooper.
