I have to agree with Mike. The service at college shoe repair stinks. Zero customer service skills and no patience in discussing lift/repair choices, so with that I will not, nor would I ever recommend someone else resorting the this "cobbler". Head to Dearborn.

I have go to agree about the nice shoes bit. I read somewhere that they do amazing work with nice dress shoes and that is a joke; cobblers they are not. I got a set of new soles on a mid-level priced pair of dress shoes and they did okay work, NOT nice workmanship at all. And, the service sucks! I have been here in A2 a year and I am still looking for a good shoe repair shop; just know that College Shoe Repair is not it!
