Unfortunately, my experience was awful. I received a call telling me I had been approved for a car loan. When I called back to speak with the loan officers one of them simply never returned my call EVER and the other kept telling she would call me right back and never did. I played this phone game for about a week then decided that they must not want my business so I BOUGHT A CHEVY. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN.

I agree with StevieZ, this is a great place for service with a smile. I've been taking my Ford (and non-Ford) vehicles to them for nearly 5 years now.

They are always up front and honest. They've also provided me with a car free of charge when maintenance has taken longer than expected.
