We were very disappointed with this restaurant and never went back. Food and service was awful. Not a dollar value at all.
I was told this place was great, especially for special occasions. We went on Valentine's day and it was a horrible experience. It was essentially a factory. The five course Valentine's menu consisted of pre-cooked crap. It was like a factory - they gave you your food and took it away without asking if you were done. We were in and out within an hour. We spent $180 just for a $40 bottle of wine and the set menu. You could go to the Chop House in Ann Arbor for that price and have AMAZING food. I will not be going back.
I called to get information on this restaurant's hours and menu to have a Birthday celebration at the restaurant. I was told the Baccus Bar opened at noon on Sunday and this is what there website said also. I showed up there with my entire family and they were closed and a woman came to the locked gate and said they didn't open until 4. Later, I sent an e-mail to the manager of the restaurant explaining the situation and that their staff told me and their website told me they opened at 12 noon on Sundays. I indicated this was embarrassing to me and that it seemed to my family like I did not plan in advace for the celebration. Nearly a month later, I have not heard back. I will not be frequenting the restaurant as it does not seem as if they care about potential customers.

The food and family friendly atmosphere here is incredible! I took my wife on Valentine's day and never once felt rushed. We had a beautiful dinner and a really nice evening. Not at all pretentious like we had anticipated. The owner even checked on everyone dining which I thought was very smart. I love this place and have been back twice since Valentine's day with friends and business associates. I have always had great food and service. They have a great bartender (Damian I believe) that pays attention and a wait staff that is very attentive! I would recommend you try this place again....
