User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsseemed like a great place: This seemed like a great place at first and we ordered bridesmaid dresses. The dresses came in several weeks later than promised and the staff didnt seem concerned and in my opinion did not do what they should have to expedite the situation. We will never use Diane's dream brides again.

The same exact thing happened to me. They are telling me that my girls dresses should be ready to go two days before my wedding! I plan on telling everyone to steer clear of that place.
It is unfortunate for you to have bad feelings regarding this. I will actually call them and tell them how to prevent this from happening in the future. We explain to our brides, verbally and in contract that when we place the order the manufacturer gives us an ESTIMATED shipping date. The manufacturers feel that if they ship within this time frame that their delivery is on time. If you needed the gowns quicker then the shipping should have been changed to an upgrade which could have brought the gowns in up to 4 days earlier. If the gowns were ordered less than 6 months before the wedding: was a decision made not to put a rush on them in an effort to save monies?? Your feelings about Diane's have nothing to do with Diane's in reality have to do with the manufacturer of the gown. Holding ill feelings at this point will not help anyone.
