   I agree with the above... I was recommended by my cousin and our combined visits span 20 years. His diagnosis is always spot on.. and his referrals are the best in the region, nothing less. One referral was on a national TV show as an expert in the field only weeks after my son's visit!
   The staff has changed minimally in the ten years I've been going, which tells me he treats his employees with the same understanding as his patients. Billing seems to process smoothly, only one issue in ten years.

   Dr. Rao is the BEST Pediatrician in Michigan!!!: We initially heard of Dr. Rao though a co-worker who couldn't say enough positive things about him. We started seeing him after the birth of our first child, and continue seeing him even after moving about 40 miles away. At our first visit, he gave us his beeper number to page him for any questions or concerns about our children. To his word, whenever we have had any , he has returned our calls and has always been right on the money with his assessments. Oddly enough, when we moved to our new home last July, we met our new neighbors briefly, and the following day we had an appointment with Dr Rao. When we went to the office, we ran into them in the waiting room, and they were also making the long commute to continue bringing their children to see him. If you are looking for a pediatrician that is kind, patient, and is willing to spend the extra time to ensure the wellfare of your children, look no further...
