User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI understand why Chrysler is bankrupt with dealers like this one!! I canât believe the poor selection of used and abused vehicles to choice from in the lot. Also, the service garage has very limited capability, unless you just want an oil change and go. I will never return in my life time.

What A2 fails to understand is that had he/she spoken to anyone, they would realize that the Used Vehicles are not kept on that lot. He would also realize that Chrysler's bankruptcy has nothing at all to do with a dealership nor used cars by any measure. We are a small town Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep Dealership that has proudly served the Milan and surrounding community for over 64 years. As we will continue to do so for many years to come. We have some of the highest customer satisfaction scores in the nation. For some people a small town dealership that takes the time to get to know you and cares is not what they are looking for. Most of our customers have distinguished needs when it comes to their used vehicles and we have for years, found vehicles for them that are to their liking. We don't carry off brand vehicles or junkers that are not Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep as we only do warranty service on those brands. Our service department is the perfect size for our customers. We offer free loaners and work very well on an appointment basis. Speeding through life at 100 mies per hour in a rush to run from one circus to another is not what you will find at Schultz Motors of Milan. We are there and we care for you as well as your automobile needs. We invite you down to our showroom/living room to have a seat and talk about what needs you have. You may even hear a nice story about the history of Milan from Mr. Schultz the owner.
