I absolutely crave D.B.P...it's been GREAT since I can remember. From homemade soups to the buttered noodle casserole, everything's fantastic!
When pulling up to the small, but quaint, front of the building, don't be fooled..you WILL be in for a very tasty dinner. When I visit friends in Florida, I MUST bring a few dinners along...for the former Monroe natives.
    Yum Yum Yum......

I love the food here. Especially their gnocci casserole! I have been eating at this restaurant for about 25 years now and am very seldom disappointed with the service or the food. Recommend this place to anyone who will listen.

This place only gets 4 stars because they are using the same torn tablecloths they were using in 1964, however I am glad they are using the same recipes because the mostaccoili casserole is amazing. Although the recipe changed from 10 years ago when i was in highschool, they may be using less garlic. Regardless it's still amazing!
