User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWent to apple charlies and wont be going back. No variety in the amount of apples u can get, one size big bag. Donuts are powdered cinnamon which I prefer the reg. cinnamon sugared donuts. There is no lines at all. Just people standing all over waiting to get the donut counter. The girl behind the counter that helped me hardly said a word, just can I help you and my total, nothing else, Very Rude!!! Guess for now on I will go to the best Orchard in Southeast Michigan, Erie Orchards in Erie Michigan.

I went to Apple Charlie's last weekend and I will not be going back. This was my third visit and it was the same everytime. The employees are very rude, they act as though you are bothering them when you need to check out. The owners do nothing but yell at everyone, they make you feel VERY unwelcome. There wasn't much of a selection either. I went to Wiards Orchard this weekend and it was much better! They had plenty of items to choose from, where Apple Charlies doesn't. The lines are insane and there is no order what so ever. The employees don't even try to keep order, they let people just walk to the front of the line (if you can call it a line) and then get mad if you point out that you've been standing there for 20 minutes waiting! I feel bad that they are being yelled at by the owners all the time, but they shouldn't take it out on the customers. I don't recommend Apple Charlies at all. I will pay a little extra and go someplace else, I recommend you do the same.

Rude workers, and no pasteurised apple cidar????? and watch out 4 the beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeEEEE"S, bees are everywhere. I bought a dozen of doughnuts for the family, when i got home, they had turned into a bag of soft crumbs, I couldnt believe it. They didnt taste that bad all, they just dont hold up long for some reason.
