    Avoid. I worked here back in 1997-98. The difference between then and now is that they actually had a chef then. He quit and now has a place out in Erie, Angelo's Northwood Villa or something. I recommend going there for a special event or if you miss how Joe's "used to be". I went to Joe's for a family dinner a couple of months ago and was shocked to see how little had changed with their decor, but how poor the food quality had become. Three of us had to send our steaks back due to being over-cooked or under-cooked. When I worked here, (which was a crappy high school job bussing tables) you at least had the sense of pride that people were coming here for the food and to celebrate special occasions. I'm not sure why people are still going there.
