User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLAFONTAINE HONDA SERVICE DEPARTMENT OFFERS A $9.95 OIL CHANGE FOR MOST ANY VEHICLE! OH AND THE FORTH ENTRY ON THIS LIST ABOUT THE ODOMETER THING! THE GENTELMAN KNEW HIS ODOMETER WAS NOT OPERATING FOR OVER 7 MONTHS AND HAD IT DOCUMENTED THE SECOND DAY IT STARTED! WHY WOULD YOU DRIVE A LEASE VEHICLE FOR 7 MONTHS WITHOUT GETTING THE ODOMETER FIXED... OH WAIT, I CAN FIND A REASON.. HOW WOULD U LIKE TO BE THE NEXT OWNER OF THAT VEHICLE.. INCORRECT MILAGE IS ILLEGAL AND THATS WHY HE GOT SCREWED! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND DONT WHINE IF YOU GET CAUGHT!!

NOT IMPRESSED. The whole experience has been ridiculous. Never getting a return call. I worked with a husband & wife team, you'd think one of them could return a phone call. They lied to me & told me that my car had a mfg warranty when in fact it did not. My plate got "misplaced" so I got it several days after the temp expired. They lost my title. Called numerous times since the sale was final & still no return calls about the warranty. Finally called the manager/owner and he said I was told there was no warranty & I would just have to buy one and he was just plain rude. I would've bought the warranty had I been told the truth about not having one.

They make promises that they can't give you.
Went to Victory Honda in Plymouth instead.
Great to work with.
