I've been going to Tennyson for years! I love that dealership and the people who work there go far beyond my expectations always. The customer service is the best in service, bodyshop, parts and last but not least the sales. They make you feel at home and when its time to spend money on your car/truck I always walk away with a smile on my face. How many people can say that? No other dealership even comes close to comparing. Tennyson puts them all to shame. If anyone is looking for a dealership that cares about YOUR needs, than Tennyson Chevrolet is the place to go.:):):):)

Customer Service in the service department at Tennyson is absolutely terrible. The worst GM Service experience I have ever encountered in the purchase of over 10 GM vehicles. The service manager has absolutely no people skills, and they will not go out of their way to help you make sure your vehicle is running properly. My vehicle ran worse after taking it to the Tennyson service department before it did when I took it there.
I will NEVER go back to Tennyson for anything, and I wouldnt recommend that anyone else go there either.

Its me again about Tennyson, sorry was just having a bad day, The truth is I've been going to Tennyson for the last 20 years and their service department and personal including the service manager are great. They go far beyond any other dealership I've ever been to. I'm a very picky person sometimes and do realize most people wont even give me the time of day, and Tennyson has ALWAYS put up with my unfair requests.So I'm very sorry to post such an unfair statement because Tennyson chevrolet deserves respect and needs to be reconized and not critized for their efforts in auto repair.
