I had an outstanding vehicle purchasing experience at Bill Crispin Chevrolet. The salesperson was great- very informative, upbeat and clearly wanted me to get what I wanted. This was the best vehicle buying experience that I have ever had. I have been back for service and the experience was also outstanding.

This place is a JOKE! I was going to buy a car from them until the used car salesman opened his mouth. He was so rude for ignoring us for at least 20 min while we sat at his desk. We had no clue what he was doing... he didn't say anything. He was just walking around. An employee came up to him and asked him a question about another customer and he clearly couldn't do two things at once. He ignored her and then she actually yelled at him to tell her. Then we asked him a question about the car and he said "I have no idea". He didnt offer to find out or ask someone else. The used car manager came out and all he did was smile. We tried to ask him questions and he just looked crazy and was smiling. He wasn't helpful at all! Needless to say we left as soon as possible and I'm buying a car at a different dealership!!!!!
