User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe had the best service ever. they said it would be a week and we had our boat in 5 days and they did more than they estimated, and charged us less.!!!!!! they estimated the repair would have taken 10 hrs and billed us for 8. Great customer service and great people.

Wow! Scammed by Sam. Very sad to say I totally trusted Sam to keep his word when I dropped my boat off with a leak in the carb. We trusted him so completely. Especially since we bought our boat from him 2 years ago. After "7" business days and still no phone call we picked it up and took it somewhere else - where it was done the very same day!!! Sam even charged me an hours worth of labor saying his "tech" had started working on it-----today of course. Scammed by SAM!!!!!

If you will call the BBB for the area you will notice many reports of complaints. They are known for taking advantage of people. Sad thing the owner is very involved in the WHITMORE LAKE area, and many people are to afraid of any implications to become involved. I have been working with the public in a professional position, and would never expect the behavior of any business owner to reflect a personality as I have incountered as SAM.
