User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAlthough it is a beautiful resting place, the office staff and managment are completely horrendous.
I have loved ones there and each time I HAD to deal with the office was truely an unpleasant experience, here are some of my experiences.
Office staff ( Evonne, Mickey, Candice ect.) being rude and talking down to myself and other grieving families.
Being placed on hold for up to 20 minutes each time.

Never returning phone calls.
Always "with a family" when ever you would like to speak to office staff over the phone.
There were times I was told on the phone that Evonne or Mickey were off the days I'd call and when I would pop in to check on the graves I'd see them outside the office smoking in the cemetery van the same day I called.
Burial staff Making jokes and smoking while lowering the casket into the ground. I witnessed it along with family members.
Taking 8 months for a paid in full grave marker that they continously "Forgot" to order.
Cracking grave markers with their equipment and "REFUSING" to replace them.
They even buried a lady in the wrong spot, so please make sure you are aware of where your loved ones are properly buried.
I honestly feel the grieving families experience with United Memorial Gardens would be better, if the company replaced the staff members with people who are educated and are familiar with helping families in their times of heartache and sorrow.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe United Memorial Gardens is a beautiful place however I have been unable to obtain a nameplate for my sons memorial for 4 years now because of a mix up in his records. This has left a bad impression of the place on me. I still visit my son here, however, it feels as if he was forgotten and that makes me very sad.
Besides my bad experience, the place is breathtaking, and they take very good care in maintaining its beauty.
If it were not for my bad experience I would have given it an excellant rating.
