User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI work in the Customer Service department in which I oversee the Quality and Customer Experience for our bank. I've noticed the word "delight" is used in Ashka's mission statement, and that is the exact feeling I get when I leave the salon. What sets Ashka salon's apart are the small but meaningful things; warm greeting on arrival, offering of beverages, massaging of the head, Aveda product selection, and friendly fairwell. They really understand Customer Service and have set the bar hight. I would recommend Aveda to anyone who is looking to be remembered as a person and not a number.

I have no clue why there are 1 - 3 people writing such horrible reviews and comments about Ashka Salon. I've started going here and It has been an excellent experience for me. The staff is incredible. No, I am not affiliated with the staff or owners. I am truly reviewing on my experience from walking in to walking out and nothing else.

SO overpriced and I guess the dress code is whatever they want- looks more like a bar than a salon. I won't be going back!
