I went in there to get my ring sized but when it didn't end up fitting right, he became very rude and belligerent towards me like it was my fault. I've never been talked to before like that in my life, let alone in front of my young daughter who was with me. He is a ridiculous, immature, hot-headed business owner. Trust me, you don't want to deal with him and his bad attitude.

Needed some work on my wife's wedding ring, and this one has sentimental value since I created it while we were dating. Not only was Paul able to correct the problem, but he also helped correct other imperfections. Paul was courteous, respectful, gave me enough detail to understand what would be involved, reasonably priced, and timely with his work. I would recommend this business for any others interested in Jewelry repair. *** (by the way...I was curious about the bad review and asked about it...turns out the women rejected the ring size "the professional jeweler" suggested, and instead wanted the ring left one size bigger...when she found it to be "loose" on her finger she insisted the ring be resized at no cost...sounds like she got exactly what she demanded the first time...sour grapes in my opinion) ***
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI was a bit skeptical after reading the review below, but if you are too, take my advice and GO TO PAUL. I needed to get my engagement ring sized and Paul did a perfect job. He was very friendly and professional and he sized my ring in a very timely manner. I would absolutely recommend his services. My fiance and I will be going back to Paul's to look for our wedding rings. :) He has turned me into a lifelong customer.

I do not agree with this at all... I have been using him for the past 12 yrs and he has gone above and beyond for me and my family. He even has made special arrangements to ship me stones and ring since I live out of the state and give him all my business! Maybe he was just having a bad day- we all do!!
