Comcast Is the Worst as far as i see it Today a Man From, ACI was here To Install to a neighbor Next door and Its An apartment Building, I was Down stairs In the basement Doing laundry and saw this man Trying to undo cables etc and I asked him what he was trying to do, He ignored Me and told me to mind My own F****** Business, Now This took me back cause its the day after Christmas and I was only trying to help if I could Because What He was doing was not Going to get My Neighbor connected, He yelled again that If I Knew how to install cable? I told Him I did but I was Just trying to help Him Cause I could see he was having trouble Finding a signal or a connection on where to install ( Clearly he didn't Know what he was doing) and really another main Reason I choose Not to use Comcast cable Bad customer service bad Overall and They use these Contract Installers tha Havet No Basis to be Nice or Civil . I have the Number for ACI and the info from the truck he was driving And I'm calling tomorrow to complain but Like today there was no one to call or voice My disapproval to, I know its Sunday but this guy was out here doing business for Comcast and this is the way I was treated, I WILL NEVER USE COMCAST SERVICES EVER!!
