I recently had my wife take her car in to Red Holman for an oil change, 1 month later, wheel bearing goes bad, so she takes her car in, they intimidate her into believing she has no warranty and that she will have to pay everything out of pocket (car has 4 years and 80K left on the bumper to bumper warranty) so I had to go there and straighten the deal out, wasted her evening, my evening, got her upset, and caused me to have to leave my job early to take care of it. The service department guy recommends to my wife on our way out that she read her manuals and get familiar with what her warranty covers. very next day, low oil light came on (from oil change mentioned above), no leaks, tight filter, and tight drain plug, where did my oil go? or did it ever have the oil to begin with??? the car was 2 QUARTS LOW!
RED HOLMAN SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A HUGE JOKE!

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSingle woman? Run.: I can only base my opinion on my salesman. My daughter and I were looking for a used car and found one online that she was interested in. We walked in and you could see this man saw two women and thought he had this deal. I have bought a car or two in my life time and I'm not stupid. I politely listened to him make an idiot out of himself and we left letting him know we'd call him tomorrow after we discussed it. When my daughter called him to let him know we had decided to continue shopping, he actually told her "that wasn't very fair to him after all the work he had done". Excuse me? We found a car 2 years newer, $3,000 cheaper at another dealership. We are picking it up tonight.
