User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBenny's was voted second place winner in WDIV's best bakery contest...Why they were not FIRST I will never know...The owner is so friendly and so is the sweet woman (other owner?) at the counter every time I go there. They have darling decorated cookies and the most fantastic doughnuts...the powdered ones go fast so be there early. I have not tried their cakes yet but I will!
German pretzels were great! Best business in Saline Michigan!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsOh my gosh, you have to go to Benny's. They have the best donuts anywhere! They're so light--not greasy at all. You have to try their buffalos, too. They're big cinnamon buns with white frosting. Soooooo goood! Their Saturday pretzels are a must! Get there early, at least before 10:00. They sell out fast!

Benny's Bakery is the best small town bakery on the planet. I can't miss a Saturday trip for pretzels. When I take donuts to the office, they have to be from Benny's, and they always disappear. Their cakes are fresh and moist, not frozen and dried out like other places. Their chocolate buttercream is to die for. Do yourself a favor and don't walk...run to Benny's. If you live in Saline and you've never been there, shame on you! Now go!
