User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place is AWFUL. The staff NEVER greets you, they RUSH you out if you get there 15 minutes before close and run the vacuum right next to you, they are rude at the counter, not very helpful, and the prices are just too high. Blockbuster is a disgrace - it seems to be falling apart ever since their fraud scandal news broke out (about how they, as a corporation, was wrongfully and fraudulantly charging "late" fees and got caught - that's why they don't charge late fees anymore, they can't legally!). I am a member of the Blockbuster Online and find that it's mediocre service. It's slow shipping service and half the discs I get are scratched and either stick or don't read. Blockbuster is just bad, all around.
