User Rating: 1 out of 5 starswater rates: I would like to know why the city of Taylor allows DETROIT! city officials to keep raising OUR WATER RATES! It was raised lasy year and now it's going up 3.8% this year. According to the Detroit News we paid for their Fire and Police radios and we pay for the residents of Detroit who do not pay their bills! The Suburbs should STOP paying for Detroit's City officials mishandeling of all $$$$$$! it recieves and expect ME and every Taylor resident to fix! I CAN'T AFFORD IT! I would like to know if the Mayor is going to allow this to happen. Read "Water Rates BURBS owed MILLIONS!" from Detroit because of Cities Mayors (all cities) not questioning or checking why Detroit insist we pay for their PROBLEMS! Are the suburbs serious that they ALLOW DETROIT!!!!!! to make the decision to TAKE money from the residents to keep paying for the same issues detroit won't fix.II DO NOT WANT TO GIVE DETROIT MY MONEY! How many times are we giing ti fix their water pipes? With all the money the suburbs keep giving Detroit they should have COPPER PIPES!
