User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI'm new to this area, but my fiance was the one that got me hooked on Norman's. This is the only place I get ANY of my meat. I can actually taste a difference between the meat I buy here vs. Kroger, Meijer etc. Also, the staff is AMAZING. Don't listen to the BS review posted earlier. They are extremely knowledgable, and always great at answering questions about how things should be cooked/prepared/etc.
It's also the fastest service I've experienced at any local farm market.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have lived in Westland my whole life. My family has been shopping @ Norm's as long as I can remember. If you need to buy meat or fish in the Westland area this is the place to go. Their steaks are always a cut above. The staff is friendly and remembers you from visit to visit. The store has a homey, comfortable atmosphere. We recommend Norm's to everyone we know.

a very dirty store.had bought a box of cereal for my daughter there and watched a spider coming out of the box.floor needs a very good cleaning .the employees need to learn how to be nice instead of alway being nasty to the customers.they like to talk to each other instead of helping the customerwill not shop there no more and i have shopped there for years

To Westland Customer.........I'm sorry you feel our store is dirty & the floors aren't perfect.....did you ever stop to think that our store has been there for over fifty years & sometimes no matter how much you try, it just doesn't look perfect. I also resent the statement that our employees are nasty to customers!! We are definatley not perfect but we love our customers and and try to treat them as "friends" not just customers. I think if we were as bad as you say, we would not still be open for business. Norman's Market is one of the few places left that is customer friendly & with good meat!!! So were sorry you feel that way but there are alot of good people who work here &alot of good people who shop here!
