This sushi restaurant gets 5 stars from me! It was the first time I had ever tried sushi, and now it is my FAVORITE meal! They were so helpful and informative, attentive, and nice. The food is excellent! It is a little more expensive than some other restaurants, though I can't compare it to other sushi restaurant prices because this is the ONLY place I go, and have ever been to. =) But look at all the good reviews, you will love it!

Seriously, for being a small town, South Gate scored with a great "tasty" , sushi place. It's a very clean restaurant, the chefs are always super friendly , well once you get them taking sake shots, they are freakin halarious! ALL of the rolls are great- there is something about their rice, it's not too sticky not too fluffy that makes it "easier" to eat! My fave roll (wherever I go) is the Angry Roll. Awesome! Oh yeah- there is more of a reason to stay there longer! If you visit Black Pine Tree, you have to chat with the chefs and Definitely, check out Obama Roll & the Crunch Crab Roll. Yuuuuuummmmy!
