I took my jeep in to have an oil change and rototing of tires and balance, the tire pressure monitoring indicator light was already on. I go my car back an hour later, paid the service and left the dealship. As I was driving off I noticed that my tire pressure monitoring indicator light was still on, I made a u-turn and headed back to the dealship. Upon arrival I explained my tires were not balanced and the tire pressure indicator alarm was still on. The guy I spoke said oh the guys have gone to lunch, it's your pressure valve that is not working, you will have to come back another day. I stood my ground and said my tires were supposed to have been balanced, how come the problem was not detected earlier. He than asked me to wait while and he went got a service man called Todd. I once again explained why I was still there to Todd, who proceed to give me a mouth full about how in his 23 years of service tire pressure was not a requirement for balancing the tires. I told Todd I need to take my car to a credible place and he was not showing me any credibility. It then that Todd decided to check the tire pressure, each one to the four tires had a different pressure, he went ahead and corrected the problem, but keep telling me that tire pressure was not part of the program. Todd continuued to argue with me until I showed him a board that listed that under tire rotation and balancing, tire pressure is one the items listed.
I am not going back to Cueter and will tell everyone I know not to go there!
I purchased a Chevy truck from Robert Hill at Cueter and purchased it and had it shipped. I was assured that it went through a 150 point inspection and there would be no surprises. I also verified it did not leak oil and he said it did not. Well, I get the vehicle, and it leaks oil which cost my $1000 to repair. Then it has a bad rear tire (another $100), causing the steering wheel to shake. It needs new rear brakes and rotors (another $450) badly. But that isn't the worst of it....They actually had the nerve to take the spare tire (yet another $100) and one of my wheel covers (extra $60) from the other wheel. I have heard of this happening but I didn't really think it happened. Finally, there was no Chevy emblem (another $70) on the front of the vehicle. Really!?!?!?! Therefore, save yourself the headaches and don't buy a vehicle from them.
This place told me my car repair would be complete in a week and that was a month ago. I still don't have my car. They did not provide a rental and they did not keep in touch with me to inform me of the status. I found myself calling them and them not returning my call. They exhibit poor communication; don't go there.

Oh yeah, either the shocks or u-joints are bad. So bad, that they make a loud noise every time it hits a bump. But I haven't gotten that fixed yet, I can't afford it at the moment.
