Blockbuster Video

completely inept! I've waited in long lines(which is fine I understand that Friday night isn't the best time to do anything there) with a video game case that said to take to counter. When I take said game to the counter, they tell me that it is out stock and that they "have no idea when it will come in". As far as I know this Blockbuster is a hybrid with a Gamerush (a video game store to my knowledge). When I asked if they could possibly notify when it was in they said that I could only have it reserved which gave it $5 off when it finally comes out.

Now, I may sound upset but think about how utterly inefficient this is. For weeks on end I have been calling them, asking them if the game in question has ever come in and the answer is always "no, call back next Monday". How am I ever supposed to know when it comes in other than tirelessly call them? The Blockbuster site is no help either. It doesn't even list the game(cod4 for the wii) even though its still relatively new to the system. THE SITE IS NO HELP AT ALL!

All my experiences at rival's store gamecrazy(note: this isn't an advertisement but rather a comparison to the experiences I've had at other gaming stores) has contrasted. At gamecrazy they kept inventory on ALL of their games including used ones. Plus they never gave me empty boxes to bring up, only to tell me that it the copy doesn't exist!

and they have *gasp* video games to sell!!! My god!!! Someone selling video games at a video game store? A store actually selling its stock!?!? what will they think of next?

Seriously, how unkempt! It reminds me why my family doesn't pay the exorbitant prices they charge for third hand
goods.
