User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsApplied for loan and was denied. Was told it was due to high balances on credit cards. Offered to pay them off and still was denied. Later called back ask them what would it take for them to approve the loan and was not given an answer, in fact was never called back. Gave them one more chance and again was not called back. I guess, it is the policy to only give good news and not bad. I will be closing out my account with BoA, paying off my credit cards and applying for a loan at another bank.
