This place is not good. They're awful.

When they were Carnaham I always had good luck with them.

I dropped my car off on a Monday by appointment with very specific symptoms, three days later they still had not called with a diagnosis. When they did call they wanted to replace a part replaced just a month previous stating that my machanic "didn't use a GM part". $300 later, same problem. Talked to GM tech support who said the codes did not indicate the part that was replaced. I called Prestige to tell them the problem wasn't fixed and they told me to bring it in because "that should have fixed it".

I had to wait 15 minutes to drop it off, had to call them 1/2 dozen times for updates, waited another 15 minutes to pick it up, the only time they called me was to let me know I would need gas as soon as I picked up the car (apparently they left it idling for the entire time they had it), they never called when they said they would, never offered me the old parts and were confused when I asked for them.

I have not had a good experience with the service department. They have had my vehicle for three days to replace a starter. They put you on hold for ten minutes at a time. They don't call you back when they say they will. I haven't even gotten my vehicle back yet. I am at home losing money because I can't get to work. They make promises they can't keep. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give the a 2.
