User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsHi all...have some news went to Goodwill in Adrian Michigan and was severely disappointed right off the bat...On top of the shock of prices being gouged 99%higher than the retail market the used product was originally 29.99 Goodwill had there price of $50.00 WOW in our economy and hard times for consumers such as myself and more than half of Americans ...you would think a Store such as Goodwill would be more aware of there employees and managers taking advantage of consumers vunerability its bad enough we dontate the stuff to the GOODWILL industrie and to go in there and see peoples disappointment of not being able to afford to shop there!!! I am so shocked at the entire industry...I am single mom and now layed off ...and to go in a store that my entire life ive donated things to and to my suprise I cant afford to shop there and the manager lied to me saying they buy the products!! concerned citizen Cindy Badour blueyedcind1014@yahoo.com

I was just a concerned customer and thought I could bring it to attention that raising prices is not the way to build our economy! I believe full heartedly to be honest with your customers and they will come back! even thru hard times!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsIt is up to YOU!!: Goodwill has an excellent training program. No matter what you've been through this is NOT the end. The staff believe in you the way you'll come to believe in yourself. First you must be 100% honest with yourself if you want to succeed. Like any thing else in life the out come is MAINLY up to you. I DARE YOU to commit to this program and do better for yourself and your family. Goodwill has made me a better person and given me the resources I need in life to obtain and keep employment.

I was merely commiting on the Goodwill training program ...merely on the management capability! I do beielve customers have the right to address opinions..Im glad to hear they have been an asset to your future...Good luck...

I am not an employee of Goodwill I was merely shopping at a store in mid Mich...and was really disappointed in the management at the facility I was at...but I do realize the economy is in great need of rebuilding and understand the management thinking they can afford to raise the prices of products but it only hurts the community when were all in this together!! Lower prices and More shoppers!! believe me!
