Love it. Too bad I can't get it in LA. I make sure to always stop and get 2 slabs when I visit Detroit. It's a secret that should be shared with everyone!!!

I love the taste of Parks Barbeque. It is a different taste than most other sauces. either you like or you don't. I've been eating parks ribs since I was a kid before my teens, I'm over 50 now. That should tell you something about how good it is, You don't stay in business over 40 years with something that nobody likes. I live in Wixom now and still drive to Detroit for their Ribs

I will have to try Parks. From the way everyone is describing the sauce. It sounds similar to the sauce they served at Young's barbecue. Young's is closed now and I really miss their rib tips.

I love Parks. Like Aaron, I have been going there since my teens.. and I'm 49 and yes, the sauce is similar to Young's.

Parks is the mecca for lovers of this savory style of barbecue, and is thought of by some as a direct descendant of the barbecue style of Henry Perry, the inventor of Kansas City barbecue.

    Worth a trip to Detroit.
