User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI would just like to say that I have been using Martinizing services for a long time, including their alterations department and never had any trouble till now. I retained the alterations services on a Monday to have only 2 pairs of pants hemed which would be needed no later than Thursday for an out of town confrence. The service rep. at the counter was informed of the date they would be needed and it was'nt till Thursday that I was informed they were not ready. This is not good business. I would have settled for a call the day before so I could have been able to find another resource for my for my need.
