| About: | Greektown's revival was symbolized by the opening of this lively Cajun food-and-jazz emporium. On the same premises as the Atheneum Suites Hotel, Fishbone's is wildly popular, and celebrities such as Aretha Franklin often drop by. The authentic food includes Cajun catfish, snapper, crawfish, alligator and caviar shipped directly from Louisiana. Live New Orleans-style jazz is a nightly feature and the popular Sunday brunch also includes live jazz. User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsFishbone's should NEVER say they are New Orleans Like. They don't even know what a Porboy is suppose to look like. A Roast Beef Porboy is sliced thin, and covered w/gravy, and if you want lettuce and tomato, you say you want it dressed, that includes mayo. I wouldn't buy crawfish from them but the gumbo was good, and the ambiance is very French Quarter. Love the decor, and the service.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the SUSHI! great atmosphere, great service, spectacular food! the selection of sushi on thier menu is amazing in comparison to other local places!
