User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI enjoyed SGB, service was impecable. I felt like the queen. The atomosphere was great. It has inspired me to follow my dreams. I'm currently in Culinary School and in the futrue I will open up and upscale soul food resturant. it is far better the th Whitney to me. Is my favorite thus far in all of my dinning adventures in Detroit of my 36 years of living there.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe restaurant was horrible. The atmosphere and decor drew us in, but the food and service was not up to par. I ordered lobster ravoloi and it had shells in it. I also ordered peach coobler and it had pit in it. The only explanation that they gave was it was freshly made. I figure a restaurant of that caliber should not have issues like that. And after our service was over they waiter basically through there nose up at us.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAn enjoyable evening out.: Their stuffed shrimp were the best I ever tasted and the pasta made your mouth explode with flavors. Delicious!!!
