I've been to flood's and it is not what you say. First of i'm not a hater(i know that's the first thing your'e gonna say). The service is not downtown worthy, food sucks, dj sucks, and the owmer is an a--hole and so is his faggot-a-s brother(Mr. Lauren Byrd). Hate to be so harsh, but that was my experience. And where is Reggie he was the coolest guy there, they got rid of him, it's just a matter of time for ya'll stsrt to fold. remember KARMA!!!!!!!!!!

I love the food and the music..however the waitresses are THEE WORST (not all of them but this one particular). Her concern is her tip not customer service, not making a good impression to get a tip, not how the customer feelings period just where is my tip and it better not be less than $20...I wish this girl would get a job at a grave site or something where customer service isn't a big issue!

For my birthday,I wanted to go to a nice restaurant with live music, good food, and good service. What I got instead was food I could have did without, horrible and let me express "HORRIBLE SERVICE". Our waitress behaved as if we were not the customer, the main persons to impress. The music was great, I must admit, but that was it. Back to the service, the chick never came back to check on us, she never once questioned if we were satisfied. She forgot mine and my fiance' beverages, although we did get them but my coke was Flat. How the hell can I get flat soda at a restaurant? Never again will I frequent this establishment as long as I live in Michigan. Oh, the waitress had the nerve to ask where her tip was? Go figure:(
