User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love Arena Bridal, they were and are the best salon i have been to for all of my bridal apparel needs. I think they are quite helpful and very organized. great place!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI've purchased my gown from Arena's and They have been very helpful! I went in there three different times about three different gowns and the last time I went in I found "the one" and I got free alterations and a free veil! Their prices are a bit higher than david's, but at david's they charge stupid amounts for alterations and you still have to buy a veil too. I also got my MOH's dress from Arena and it is very cute. The only issue I have with the store is the mother's dresses are stuck in the "over 65 style", nothing new and young.

This place is terribly unorganized and often when you call them mid-day they have an answering service that comes on to say "the person you are calling can not take your call right now". How awful! When a bride wants to talk about her dress, her bridal salon should be available! Especially in the middle of the working day! Although there are other positive reviews, i have not yet met anyone who actually enjoyed this bridal salon!

They were having issues with their phones and when I asked them about it 3 months ago they were wondering why they weren't recieving calls during the day. It has since been fixed.
